We can only process orders for which proof of payment has been received with the order form. This applies to PE orders as well. No exceptions will be made. Should something on your order be sold out, we will request replacement/s. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Italian Charms are flat, rectangular base links made from high quality stainless steel, each link with a different design on it. A wide variety of charms are available, including letters for spelling names, birthstones, pictures, flags and entire words.

How To Place an Order:
Complete the order form in pdf or word format. Fill in your details, the quantity, codes AND descriptions of the charms/items you would like to order and send it to lovelylinkscharms@gmail.com.
If you qualify for the 11th free charm, please make sure you include this as well, otherwise it will be forfeited. Unfortunately it delays finalizing and shipping of orders if we have to continually request this from clients.
Please note dangle charms and RS stone charms and mega or superlink charms can not be used as free 11th links.
Only order forms completed with BOTH CODES AND DESCRIPTIONS will be processed. Placing the items in numerical order on order form will ensure faster processing time.
For all orders, Please make EFT payment according to the catalogue pricing/specials if any are applicable, and send the proof with your order to lovelylinkscharms@gmail.com. Please make sure you include your physical address for delivery of your parcel on your order form, as the courier can not deliver to P.O boxes. If any items are out of stock, I will contact you to request a replacement item/s. I will let you know when your parcel has been shipped. If you do not receive it within two days of shipment notice, please let me know so I can follow up with courier.
Please allow minimum 5 business days for processing of orders.

No exceptions can be made with regards to processing time, so please order in advance if you need something for a specific day. We always endeavor to process orders as soon as possible.

Shipping INFO:
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT WITH PUDO TO YOUR DOOR AT A COST OF R70 FOR MAJOR CITIES IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE FOR OUTLYING AREAS.
Parcels are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Unfortunately we have tried SA Postal service numerous times but they are not reliable and we have suffered too many lost parcels and damages before. Regrettably we therefore only offer courier shipping and due to the cost of petrol it is more pricey. We always try our best to keep all prices as low as possible and our charms have been the same price for 9 years with a lot of hard work. If you are situated in an outlying area please consider getting your order delivered to a friend or family member in a major area, if possible, to lower cost for you.

Due to the wide variety and large amount of items kept in stock, we only work on order and shipping basis.
Please note:
Our charms are NOT the Nomination Brand. But they are compatible with Nomination and
other brands, and base links are made from stainless steel.
The charms and links are good quality but gold letters and charms are only plated, not solid gold,
and may therefore come off, and stones may fall out.
We do not offer any guarantees or replacements, as the items can not be returned to suppliers overseas. NO RETURNS will be accepted due to the nature of the items and for hygiene reasons.
Avoid bathing/showering or swimming while wearing your Italian charm bracelet. Keep your charms away from chemicals or cleaning solvents. For example, it is a good idea to remove your bracelet
when you wash dishes. Remove your bracelet while participating
in sports. Italian charms are durable but avoiding any rough contact will preserve the life of your bracelet.
